  The bikes to rent are ok, not the best but it is quite cheap and you can drop off at various different places. My bikes brakes did not work very well!

  Recommended by our hotel, we didn't hesitate to go there. We were welcomed by an internship who explained the rules to follow very well. In addition, the tandem bike he provided us was in very good condition. We were satisfied with this experience with them. I highly recommend

  Don’t go here, they’re rude and don’t care about anything you ask them. We rented 2 bikes, and couldn’t be treated worst, they didn’t care about the bike we’d like to rent, when they talked it seemed they were upset (not with us but with everybody in the store), we had also a 10% discount from a voucher of our hotel, they confirmed that could be applied but they were not going to apply it because it would take time to introduce that discount in the system. We rented there the bikes our first day because it was close to our hotel, but we never came back after that as there are places with more friendly staff, same kind of bikes and even cheaper. Only good thing was the apprentice guy, who was nice and polite with us, it’s a pity his bosses were such type of people. I checked with other people after this and they all have the same experience, particularly if you’re foreigner. What I really regret of giving this review is I need to give one star instead of zero…

  lt was great purchase as their strength is that they have a lot of locals throughout the city so it becomes easy to return the bikes without having to worry too much
