I am forced to use their service despite not liking their customer attention. Specially the early morning shift. They are not proactive and don't have a customer focused mindset.

Was plannjng to rent a bike and on the NS app shows there was 17 bikes available, however, guards told me there was no bike available! Bad experience!

Every time I've tried renting a bike from here there hasn't been one available. At any hour or given day. The unreliability of the service makes it useless.
