I have visited the spa twice. The facilities offer many opportunities for extra relax in addition to the treatments with a sauna, steam room, pool and jacuzzi. The temperature of the pool is lovely (warm). The treatment rooms are well decorated. The spa offers a wide variety of unique treatments but I do feel like they are slightly over priced.

I was recently visiting Akasha Spa, and I must say it's a true gem. The spa's facilities are top-notch, provides a serene and luxurious environment. The staff's attention to detail and friendly demeanor enhanced my overall experience. Highly recommend for a delightful retreat.

Doesn’t even deserve a one star review. Do not go to this place. Such a shame that they run such a terrible spa at a nice 5 star hotel! Terrible terrible experience. I was given a spa experience for my birthday as a gift. We had a couples massage and facial booked. The check-in was rushed. The massage was terrible. It felt like the masseuse was tapping her fingers instead of actually using hands to do a proper massage. I also got a facial which was over €100. Unfortunately, it was the worst facial I got. Half the time I was left on the bed while the therapist was walking around chatting. While the facial was going on, someone also kept opening the door and kept speaking - not relaxing at all! I don’t think this spa has professional and trained masseuse. The area around the pool was dirty with hair on the floor. It’s like it hasn’t been clean in weeks. Shocking to see the terrible quality of this place they call a spa. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Excellent Spa in the heart of Amsterdam. My mother in law had a full body massage with Manika that totally revived her. According to her, it was the best massage and holistic experience she ever had

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received regarding a voucher I was gifted for your spa. This was a thoughtful birthday present, but the experience has been anything but pleasant. The voucher I received was issued without an expiration date, which was a mistake made by your team. Now, I am being told that I cannot use it, despite the fact that the error was entirely on your part. When I reached out to resolve this, I was met with no willingness to find a solution or accommodate your mistake. To make matters worse, I had to wait over a year to use the voucher because your spa was undergoing renovations during that time. I was patient and understanding, but now that I am finally able to visit, I am being penalized for something completely out of my control. This situation has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and disheartened. A gift that was supposed to bring joy has turned into a stressful ordeal, and your lack of customer care has only made it worse. I strongly urge you to reconsider your approach to handling such issues. Mistakes happen, but refusing to take responsibility and make things right reflects poorly on your business. This was not the level of service I expected, and I will not be recommending your spa to others based on this experience. I hope you will review your policies and treat your customers with the fairness and respect they deserve.
