Very, very good service. I received a call back on Friday shortly before closing time, and the employee updated and adjusted the banking program right into the evening. That was unexpectedly excellent service. Thank you so much for that.

I, or we at the [SIC] School of International Communication GmbH, can only say the best about Raiba Neustadt. The collaboration with Mr. Ingo Stümper in particular has always been cooperative and friendly over the past six years. As a company based in Cologne, as the one-man start-up that we were back then, we don't have to knock down open support doors at any bank! Mr. Stümper personally and Raiba as a cooperative bank, on the other hand, played a huge role in ensuring that we were able to successfully complete the first few years of our existence and are now looking forward to a promising future...

My husband and I are looking for a property to buy. At first, everything was great... we arranged a viewing appointment... viewed the property... submitted an offer, and that was basically all. Mr. Feldens wanted to give us an answer after about four days as to whether someone had outbid us or not. After those days, there was no response, so I inquired... We were told to wait another four days... OK... after four days, he told us to wait again because it still needed to be discussed with the seller... after that, there was no further contact... the real estate agent didn't answer the phone. Another person wrote by email that the negotiations were still ongoing... Our financial advisor followed up a week later, and they wrote back saying Mr. Feldens would get in touch early next week. Which, of course, didn't happen. Six to eight weeks or so passed, and we see on the bank's website that the property had been sold. Instead of simply saying directly that we weren't eligible or that someone had outbid us, such a fuss. Honestly, the real estate agents would have a great property now...I wouldn't put myself through such customer-unfriendly service again... Cheeky

When four other institutes didn't want to help me, even though my whole family had been very good customers for over 50 years and there was enough security, I came to Raiba by chance. Finally, the long-awaited and planned construction of my riding arena was approved and now we as a whole family are at Raiba with our companies. I can only evaluate the area of business customers (in my case agriculture/equestrian farm) with the contact to my responsible advisor. However, I have been completely satisfied so far!
