  The request for my pension was not treated for over 8 months. They finally forwarded my dossier to Switzerland - i will receive my pension therefore half a year late... 3rd world ! Utterly deplorable

  Very dissatisfied. They had to do an investigation for me about am I required to have a health insurance in NL or not. Even though I presented them all papers stating that I do not live in NL anymore, have no income from there and etc. it took them months to make a decision (still not finished). They were supposed to give me a response in 6 weeks! I had to constantly get in touch with them and expedite them in order to find out eventually that they need more data... I am writing this out of frustration because all my complaints to them by email do not have any impact - they simply do not respond!
