  Contacting them by telephone doesn’t work, and having a reasonable conversation by email is impossible. They don’t answer your questions. I’ve just wasted 4 months and still haven't received my bike

  Terrible. Impossible to get in touch with this company. We have been waiting for our money for 4 months now. No response to emails or phone calls. They are only “reachable” by phone on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 14:00, but after 2.5 minutes the connection is spontaneously disconnected because it is “very busy”.
