  Well I can only say, "don't". I went for a full service ( the first in very many years). Paid €255. Got i.a. a new chain which fell apart 2 days later at 07.20 in the morning. Had to push 3 kms back home. They fixed it, but the bell had been broken. No argument, but a huff and a puff to replace it. Apology? They wouldn't know what the word means ! Got back home and front light didn't work ! Cable completely utterly loose! Cannot be bothered to go back.

  The staff are outstanding in all ways. Not only from helping a person to purchase a bike but also in addressing any issues or repairs that are needed. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new bike to visit the shop.

  This is the really the best bicycle shop in antwerp city!!! You find there Always a wide choice of high-quality brand bicycles. the sellers are always there for you and will recommend and advise you to buy only the best of the best. The technicians also offer the best repairs. At the yellow counter we always receive good and friendly help from the employee who always smiles and we are happy to be helped by him there ;)

  I went there because I wanted to buy a good bicycle for my 4 year's old daughter. We had a Gazelle electric bike in the family and visited them just before the corona crisis and we've got served quite good with the new battery so I decide to go to this shop again. Despite a limited choice of two bicycles my daughter fell in love with the red one. I asked the price and I've got "€449 and no discounts!" Quite strange and unfriendly answer but good things cost money and I said ok, but give me the new one and not the test one with damaged saddle. The answer was "no, that's the only one you'll get, we'll change the saddle". At this point I would already turn and walked away but my daughter was so in love with the red bike that I said "ok, but order me the fenders and check please the bike of my wife, she has the battery problem again". "Your wife's bike is 10 years old and we'll not going to touch it". 6 months ago it was not a problem! Does Gazelle knows they make bicycles for 10 years only? Any way, I paid fully and went away without any will to go there again. After a week we got a message that our fenders arrived, my wife went there and got one new and one open and scratched. And the reply was "it's for a child bike, it will scratch soon any way" So got rid of the Gazelle and bought Batavus with a much nicer service. I will never go tho De Geus again.

  Fietsen De Geus has solidified its position as THE bike/bike repair shop in Antwerp and surroundings. They took this traditional craft to a modern level, with reservations for repairs, after service that exceeds the basics and a team with specific specialities. In combination with a state of the art system, their staff aren’t careless employees. They all have a passion for the craft, are helpful beyond just ‘sales’ and are genuine. Even though they have several places around Antwerp, reservations are recommended, as it can get busy!
