  The service is top notch. Email will be answered immediately within an hour. Also a change of deposit after the application was adjusted effortlessly. The interest rate between application and opening had decreased but was restored to the higher interest rate the same day

  In the event of an emergency where I unexpectedly needed money from my deposit account, Garantibank made every effort to arrange this. Within a week I received a personal call with the news that I could once again have access to part of my (actually temporarily their) money. Really all praise and thanks!

  Safe bank with high interest rates and no further costs!! FYI: This bank was founded in 1946 and has also been located in the Netherlands since 1990 falls under the Dutch Guarantee Scheme.. (protects up to 100,000 euros) They are easily accessible by telephone and I am always treated in a friendly manner. Furthermore, a simple and secure account overview. They add interest neatly every day. I was a fool not to have taken my money out of the big Dutch banks sooner. Almost criminal how low interest rates they give there while they make huge profits with our money.

  Garanti is a bank that thinks along with and cares for its customers. I had to cancel my Golden Term deposit prematurely due to the purchase of a house (the conditions state that this is not possible). After a very pleasant telephone interview with a lady, my case was discussed. Garantibank has made an exception to the conditions and paid me the full deposit including accrued interest within 1 day. This is in contrast to other banks, which even charge penalty interest rates. Cheers!

  Just opened a new internet account with Garanti BBVA. The registration procedure is fast and extremely professional. Every step in the process is neatly confirmed by email. Reaction speed of employees is very fast. My account was active within 3 days. Furthermore, a good, clear website and a competitive interest rate is offered on savings interest and deposits. In short, so far I am very satisfied.
