  Inferior quality products. Customer service claimed it is a natural wood that cracks. You can see it’s 3 pieces of wood veneer to save on cost. Not recommended

  Bought a dining table and chairs! Very nice shop with good service. Very happy with the table and chairs. Well helped in the shop in Deventer. Expert advice and all the time. Neatly delivered on time.

  Extremely bad service. First of all, I was able to order a product that had not been available for weeks. I was not contacted and had to try several times to get in touch. I was supposed to be called back, but that didn't happen. Contacted again several times, ultimately had to choose a different product. I would like to get a refund because this product is cheaper, but after a few weeks this still hasn't happened. Only heard at 10.45 pm the day before that they would deliver, product delivered unpacked or protected to neighbors. Now I'm trying to get in touch again, but in vain. Ridiculous.

  Thank you for the excellent service and attentive attitude towards customers. The prices are nice, the store staff tries to help as much as possible and it is fun. I bought a table and chairs.
