Lucas was a very good worker that showed amazing customer service. All the workers at the company help you choose your perfect bike and are such amazing people. Their bikes are also fantastic.

Service not so good, a bit bored to show you everything. In the end I bought a bike and a chain. When I came to collect my purchase 1 week later they gave me and old chain which was worse and cheaper than the one I bought.

Nice shop with plenty of options. I bought a new bike here and had some issues. I returned a couple of days later and they resolved them without any fuss. The staff I intersected with were friendly and helpful. I never had the idea of being scammed like some reviewers have suggested.

Good place to see variety of bikes. Service is prompt, staff is attentive. during pandemic time Decathlon is out of stock but Megabike has stock. Although bikes are bit pricy, I am satisfied with my overall purchase experience, attached photo is the bike I purchased.
