  Recently moved to Leeuwarden and I was looking at all the bike shops in town. I'm glad I chose this one. It is just an absolutely splendid place to buy a bicycle. I was having technical issues with my bank card and was not able to pay. So the owner told me to ride the bike home and come back tomorrow once I figured out the issues. After I went back and paid the next day, he said to let him know if I ever need anything else and he genuinely meant it. I look forward to coming back here for and extra parts and all my service appointments.

  I am very happy with the service! When buying the bike we got full attention from Hilda who also was a big help with getting the bike ready as soon as possible, as well as choosing an insurance and lock etc. Even when a little piece got loose during the weekend, I could come back on Tuesday and get it fixed immediately. Great service!

  Had my stevens mountainbike for a simple break pad change at this shop. What can I say, despite having the wrong pads (non air cooled) installed, an unnecessary resin change was done and on top of that the break performs worse than before (after running it in). After mentioning the issues in the shop, it was told to me everything was fine and that I do not need air cooled breaks in the Netherlands (maybe I do not only ride in the Netherlands?). All of this was not the reason to write this review. The reason is, that i had to pause my current bike tour, because I had a complete failure of the break after 150km Dutch/German streets with visible scratches on the disk. I contacted another shop and they told me a simple break pad change would be 20€ and for air cooled pads 25 including service. I paid nearly 50€ (!!!) here for the wrong pads and will have to pay over 100 now for a new disk and air cooled pads. Maybe for simple bikes is okay, but I can only recommend to look for another shop in case you want quality and service
