  Choose a bike that's in stock, and then be told it will take 10 days to have it ready - when they have it upstairs!? By the way, this is to pick it up, not even to have it delivered. Ask them 'are you sure you have it in stock - I need the bike soon for important trip?' . Then get a call 8 days later that they don't have the bike after all. Back to square 1. Grrrr
