  the bicycle bank, Nassau quay, short stadium road etc. are terribly bad!, heavily worn, rusted, unmaintained or repaired old bicycles from the 80s or something, and that is offered for the poor!? (can they afford it!?), I just came back from there after more than a month of waiting and left empty-handed, scandalously ridiculous!, that's how bad my experience was.
