  From the first contact I felt very welcome. Quality and customer friendliness are really central here. The delivery of my bike was a real experience - it was just a small party! Plenty of time was taken for a clear and expert explanation of how the bike works. In the meantime I was served a delicious coffee - salesman Ben turned out to be a real barista in disguise! An absolute must for anyone looking for top service and a warm, personal approach.
