  I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The rooms were spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect — close to major attractions, dining, and transportation, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. One of the standout features for me was the attention to detail in both the design and the service. The daily housekeeping was impeccable, and any requests I had were handled promptly and professionally. The on-site amenities, added great value to the experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Compared to other hotels in London, this one was really nice, even though I stayed in a standard room. The room was spacious enough for us to move around comfortably, with ample storage for our suitcases and bags. It was well-equipped with convenient light controls, a TV, and a modern bathroom. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. In the lobby, complimentary tea and coffee were available. The hotel is located near St. Paul’s Cathedral, which is great for sightseeing, though the immediate area doesn’t have much else to do. However, it offers easy access to the Tube and bus stops, making it convenient to explore the city. The only downside was that during winter, the room tended to get a bit warm since the windows couldn’t be opened. However, for the price, this was a great stay, and I’d highly recommend it!

  I recently stayed at Hub by Premier Inn London City for two nights, and I had a great experience! The hotel is perfectly located, with easy access to public transport and major attractions. The room, though compact, was surprisingly well-designed and efficient, with smart technology that made everything from controlling the lights to adjusting the temperature a breeze. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a day of sightseeing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any queries. I particularly appreciated the 24/7 snack bar in the lobby, which was perfect for grabbing a quick bite or drink at any time. The hotel was clean, modern, and had a vibrant atmosphere that made it feel fresh and lively. While the room was on the smaller side, it was well thought out and had all the essentials I needed, including a nice rainfall shower, a large TV, and USB ports for charging devices. Overall, for the price, it’s an excellent choice for anyone visiting London on a budget but still wanting a comfortable, high-quality stay. I’d definitely stay here again!

  A bit tricky to find initially. Both a black cab and an Uber took us to the wrong locations despite giving them the postcode! Walked past it at first as it looked more like a bar/ restaurant.down a funny little side street. Rooms were compact but very clever design utilised space very well. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and helpful staff. Can't fault it for the money or location as we had events in The City
