Premier Inn London Bank (Tower) Hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay in central London’s financial district. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Tower of London, Borough Market, and major Tube stations like Bank and Monument, making it ideal for sightseeing and business. Rooms are clean, quiet, and well-maintained, providing a restful environment. The staff are friendly and helpful, often praised for their excellent service. The hotel offers great value for its central location, perfect for travelers on a budget. However, the hotel lacks on-site parking, and some rooms have basic amenities without extras like mini-fridges or safes. Free Wi-Fi is available but can be slow, with faster options at an additional cost. Overall, it’s a solid choice for travelers wanting a central, affordable, and comfortable place to stay in London.

Super central location - at the entrance you have the Walkie Talkie building at one end of the street and the Shard at the other, both towering over you. We found the juxtaposition of these with the old St Marys church building quite an architectural contrast - you definitely know you are in London. Plenty of shops and eating places on the main road. We booked this hotel as we had tickets for the Tower of London first thing on our 2nd day and it was a great 10 min scenic amble alongside the Thames to get there. The restaurant is in the basement. We found it a bit cramped and busy, but we did go down for breakfast at 8am, probably the busiest time, so more fool us. Food was good though, and good choice for all. A good, quiet, restorative sleep was had by all. Good value. Would revisit. Nearest tube is Monument, maybe 5 mins walk. Didn't give 5 stars for the room as my legs definitely needed a good soak in a bath after a long day on my feet, and it was a shower, so not what I really wanted, the shower was lovely and hot though. Generally, the room was nice decor and was and clean. Would recommend if you are looking for basic, reliable accommodation in central location.

This hotel is perfect for budget-conscious families looking for a central London location with clean, remodeled rooms and an excellent proximity to attractions. We had a family room, and it slept two adults and two teens. The rooms and bathrooms are clean in the style of a Hampton Inn. It’s very close to the District Tube line (Monument stop or a tiny walk to the Bank stop on a different line—Northern?). District is one of the nicer lines and stops at most big tourist stops like Embankment, Westminster and St James’s Park. The breakfast is delicious and well worth the money. Staff is incredibly friendly. The only reason I deducted a star is because the restaurant/breakfast room could use a refresh. The seats are worn and not clean-feeling, which wasn’t lovely. But that’s very minor, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Quality of the rooms is at a standard premier inn level, family room was a bit small and not much wardrobe space if staying for more than a couple of days. Check in staff were helpful and allowed baggage storage for free on day of checkout. Breakfast selection was good, decent quality and replenished often

Comfortable room and fairly spacious. Only downside to the room was the shower which needed a good 7-10 minutes to get up to anything like a decent temperature. Location is great - two minutes from a great viewpoint for Tower Bridge, the same to Monument tube station. Breakfast was decent and never seemed too busy. Other than breakfast, didn't use the restaurant as we ate elsewhere for the four nights we were here.
