  TOTAL SCAM. Prepaid moving on a certain date did not happen - no one came nor gave a notice about cancellation. Phone is not reachable (NEVER); emails are not responded to. Filing a report 👋🏼

  After a disappointing experience with 'Brenger' I chose Direct Transport to deliver a sofa I bought on marktplaats. On the day of the scheduled delivery, the driver was really communicative and called me to let me know where he was. Upon arrival, the driver was friendly and helpful and brought the sofa inside carefully (unlike the couriers from Brenger). In addition, Direct Transport offered a very competitive price.

  After a very bad experience with rude people from “ Brenger” i get recommendations for this guys. The same transport (Herleen -Maastricht) costed me with 40€ cheaper! With Brenger the driver doesn’t help but with DirectTransport the driver is helping without being necessary to pay extra! I super recommend! ✌🏼

  This company are scammers!!! The site looks slick but they are unreliable dogs, you can no longer reach them after making a booking and they whine for your money. I tried emailing them several times but still haven't heard anything. I had to have a sofa picked up in Zoeterwoude and delivered to The Hague. I paid 90 euros and received a confirmation, but they never picked up the sofa and did not respond. I am going to report this company to the police and I will not leave it at that, I will get rid of these dirty rats. I won't rest until I get my money back. Start looking for publicity by writing to programs such as Boos and Radar, so just wait and see, this story will continue. I will soon drive by the Binckhorst myself, although I suspect that they are not here with their scam company at all!! I am looking for more victims to start a case against this dubious transport company.
