  Damaged washing machine and dishwasher worth above 1200 eur. Courier (RTI Transport) did not at all take extra care when transporting, did not help packing as claimed on the ServiceRight website to protect the machines. They promised 2 men and we paid for it, but came only 1 hence he was using force struggling while transporting. Dents, damaged, scratches everywhere, even shifted rubber seal that cant return to its original position. Our machines didn't work well as usual. Also problem with delivery times. We cannot make our own delivery time request, no choice other than to follow the courier's timing terms otherwise goods will never be delivered. They dont care if they select bad transport partners to get the job done, they dont select a good partner. Never use this company, just use a reputable company like Brenger. Worst service, would not trust the good scores here, probably most of them are fake (they are either 1 or 5 stars, you know what that means). Worst of all, 450eur insurance claim on their website is a BIG lie, they dont want to take responsibility AT ALL of this and blame completely on the courier (wth). What's the point of mentioning insurance on behalf of them then.

  Really bad experience with RTI Transport. I had a scooter picked up, without damage. When it was delivered to my home, the entire mirror was damaged! The driver didn't think it was necessary to shield the scooter.. Immediately after delivery, I sent an email to Vandaag Koeriers, but after 1.5 weeks I still haven't received a response. Hopeless.

  Friday morning booked a courier for transport of car. Also paid immediately, 10 euros per km was the price for a short distance. Would be picked up on Saturday between 13:00 and 14:00. Friday around 17:40 I received an email (which I only saw after 18:00) that they had tried to call me several times (no missed calls) and whether I wanted to call back. But then they were already closed and can only call again on Monday. So today I sat waiting for a courier to pick up but nobody came. So they just don't let me know that they are not coming. So a completely unreliable company. Monday I'll see if I can get my money back and do it via another courier who does keep his promise. Absolutely not recommended!
