After cancellation, they promised to arrange the €185 refund "as soon as possible", but weeks later I still haven't got my money back. Despite multiple email confirmation requests and a clear deadline, they remain vague and no payment is forthcomin + on the phone they were also very unfriendly. This is unacceptable and no way to deal with customers. I will keep going until I get my money back. Be warned if you book here!

Loved it! Wonderful experience and the relaxation you need with your partner. All the facilities were working in our room, clean and free tea and coffee. We ordered a high tea. It was mostly sweets but delicious nonetheless. We will definitely be returning :D

Very romantic and relaxing Spa. Once inside you have complete privacy for the entire duration, all the facilities that you need, even a huge TV with netflix, and a bluetooth enabled soundsystem if you want to play your own music. Great value too!

Very good place for Relax 🔝 amazing and beautiful place to relax, 🤗 the staff was very kind, the food is very tasty, everything was perfect👌🤗❤️
