  We were helped by Frank who was extremely patient with us, took the time to provide us advice. Thanks for the help! On another note 3months later you will receive your couch with stains and they will leave your home in a mess and not willing to assist but rather you have to clean up for them and further fill in a claim form for something they delivered damaged!!!! You also pay a delivery and carry in fee for this mess and they will tell you afterwards they do not take away the packaging so they charge you 100euros to move a box from your front door to your living room. Bunch of scammers!!!!!!

  Beautiful customer service. Mr Frank is so friendly and he loves what he does. So energetic and full of life. Professional and a skilled communicator. He took his time to answer every questions and gives us good options. The reason we decide to buy is because of him, that is not an exaggeration. Damn, he is so knowledgeable and fun to talk to.

  We went there today to buy a new couch and had a great experience. The store is really nice, they have a lot of space with a lot of different couches on display, and paid a lot of attention to create a relaxed atmosphere with nicely designed little 'rooms' for each couch with tables, chairs and shelves or closets to give inspiration for interior design. When an employee approached us to ask what we are looking for he explained how the couches we were considering differ from each other and also gave us time to think about it, I never felt pressured to make a quick decision. He also took the time to explain the different fabrics, how strong they are, price differences, what their characteristics are, and collected a lot of fabric samples so we could compare them directly. Would definitely recommend this store for anyone looking for a new couch!

  Frank helped us immensely at A meubels. He had authentic interest in meeting our needs from choosing a lounge to show casing a beautiful variety of colourful fabrics with interesting effects.
