  Bought a really nice sofa for a good price. Knowledgeable and friendly seller. Delivered the next day by a pleasant delivery person. Lots of choice and good service upon purchase.

  I won't be back. Ordered a sofa in March, friendly help. Not a cloud in the sky. In the meantime, 2 months later, an email is received from the upholsterer, not from the store itself. Fabric that was ordered cannot be delivered and the question whether the model of the sofa is correct at all, the name of the model of the sofa was also unknown. Strange that this only comes to light 2 months later, to which the response from the upholsterer was: ''How strange. I only received the order last week''. Bankenloods is in the CC of this email and has not responded after 1.5 weeks. If this had become apparent after 2 or 3 weeks, I would not have minded, but that as a customer you have to wait 2 months for an order to be forwarded from the store to the upholsterer seems very unnecessary to me. Very unfortunate. Delivery time 12 weeks, of which 8 weeks are spent doing nothing. Ridiculous. Order cancelled and found a sofa somewhere else, it will be delivered next week. So it can be done.

  My friend bought a beautiful green couch from you for a lot of money. He is very happy with it, unfortunately we saw after delivery that part of the seam came loose and is now broken. The service for the repair is still hard to find, we are now 4 weeks further.
