  Here we ordered a U-shaped lounge sofa for Christmas with a delivery time of 12 weeks. After several visits and phone calls we received the sofa after 16 weeks, but...... unfortunately in the wrong color and filling...sigh! We spoke to the owner and he promised to deliver a new one to us within 4 weeks. In the meantime, 8 weeks have passed and still no sofa. We have not heard anything from this company since April 27th. So another visit to the store. Here they stare at you stressed with glassy eyes and they still cannot answer the question of when the sofa will be delivered. This company communicates poorly, is chaotic and has difficulty keeping agreements. It is a great pity that all this is happening behind the scenes of this beautiful home furnishing store.
