  This seller is a professional with good knowledge of the products. Delivery is quick and free. Even the driver knows his classics! We are very satisfied with the excellent service. By means of video calling we could see that the seating position is what we were after. Also this seller points out the minor aspects of used products, if there are any. In short: Don't hesitate. There is no need to be weary. We would do business with Bankstelmarkt again any time :)

  I am not sure why anyone would ever buy a new sofa after having bought one from de Bankstelmarkt. The sofa I bought looked like new, the service was impeccable. They even delivered it at my home and made sure it was installed correctly. I would highly recommend Cor and his team.

  Based on the good reviews on Marktplaats, we decided to go and view a red leather designer sofa. Upon arrival, the hall where the sofas were located was not quite what we expected – to be honest, that was a bit of a disappointment. But sometimes first impressions don’t tell the whole story. Upon arrival, we were kindly welcomed by a salesperson with clear knowledge of the subject. I had already done some research into the type and background of this specific designer sofa and asked some specific questions about it. To my satisfaction, the salesperson was able to answer all of these well and with good reason, which gave me confidence. I was given plenty of time to try out several sofas, and ultimately made the right choice. The delivery went smoothly: everything was very neatly packed, and the leather sofa was given an extra treatment to care for the leather. The whole thing was delivered professionally and with care. It is important to realize that this is a second-hand sofa – but there is really nothing wrong with that. A beautiful purchase that we will enjoy for a long time to come. Finally, I would like to say that appearances – or prejudices – do not always reflect reality. So don't be put off too quickly, because this experience has absolutely surpassed that. Highly recommended!
