  Disappointed in JaxxChoice. Received sofa in November. Very poor quality for the money, while the sofas look good in the store. Fabric is loose, not enough filling, sofa creaks and fabric pills. Immediately received a notification and service request, but have not heard anything yet...

  JaxxChoice is a disappointment for us! The sofa was delivered today, and unfortunately, we are very disappointed with the quality of the sofa, with many imperfections and sewing errors!

  The sofa is less than a year old and a technician has already visited 3 times to repair the backrest of the sofa. And now after a few weeks it's the same again! Very sorry!
