  I love Loods 5! The variety of products, beautifully designed spaces, and amazing design brands make it a fantastic place to explore. You can find almost everything—from large furniture to small accessories. The products aren’t always cheap, but that’s expected with high-quality design items.

  We ordered our couch from Loods 5 back in March and were excited to receive it. While the couch itself is beautiful and we’re happy with the quality, the experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing. When the order finally arrived, the wrong hocker was delivered — it was far too big for our space. We informed Loods 5 via phone and email on June 2nd. Since then, we’ve had multiple phone calls and email exchanges, trying to resolve the issue. Only today were we informed that they are just now placing the order for the correct hocker, and we’ll need to wait another 12 weeks for delivery. This delay and the lack of follow-through are absolutely unacceptable. We are appalled at how poorly the situation was handled. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend this amount of money and time, only to be met with such slow and ineffective service. Beautiful products can’t make up for a customer service experience like this.

  NEVER ORDER SOMETHING BY LOODS5 PEOPLE! BE AWARE! I'm giving one star because 0 stars it's unfortunately, not possible, but that's what they diserve! Huge disappointment in the customer service, extremely LOW quality in delivered products! I ordered on 3rd of January 2023 a sofa that had a delivery period of 12 weeks. Everything went ok until we actually got the sofa and surprise surprise... they somehow managed to deliver it in TWO DIFFERENT colours - see pics- (while on the order the colour was correct, but a part of the lounge couch they made in a different colour because probably they just don't pay attention fully at what they need to do!) AND also it had lots of defects and just not neatly made (like they are on display in the shop, so be aware!!). Afterwards the lack of professionalism was unraveled by the fact that I called, several times (Attention: they only have a program with customers care between 13-17!!) I've wrote them a emails over emails; not that they just don't give a damn and they just don't take the time to react anything nor find actual solutions for you, they just tell you that they don't know what happened and that they can do nothing about it and it's the supplier's fault. If so, the supplier's fault and you have SO many unhappy customers why do you still work with that supplier? Basically I need now to wait for another 2 MONTHS without the couch that I initially ordered. So they will gladly take your money, but do not help you or deliver for what you actual pay! I don't have words for this, just extremely annoyed and disappointed in the communication,lack of professionalism and interes!!!! NEVER AGAIN!
