Bad experience with owners of this home furnishings store. They had placed a very nice cupboard on Marktplaats, a so-called sleek model Biedermeier gate cupboard. After some time we were able to pick up the cupboard and once there it turned out that the cupboard had been wrapped in cardboard because it had been in the attic for years for protection. My husband thought that was fine and, as always, he took the cupboard with him without any suspicion. Once I got home it turned out to be a completely different model, very old fashioned. Because I had bought the cupboard for a customer to restyle, I immediately sent a message to the owners of this business that this must be a mistake? To which I literally received the following response: "The cabinet in the image may have different details, but it is less wide and less old than the purchased cabinet. You can always sell it again". I don't think you can treat customers like this, lure them with beautiful pictures and then give them a completely different ugly cupboard, and they also no longer respond.
