  A few years ago we bought a sofa from Bankstyle. We were impressed by the wide range of choices – from fabric types to armrest heights and cushion sizes. You only really notice the quality of a company when you need service, and in our case it turned out to be excellent. One of the cushions had become too soft over time, but this was solved by Bankstyle without any effort. Excellent service!

  We are extremely happy with our beautiful Bankstyle sofa, but what really surprised us was the unparalleled service. We had initially chosen the wrong filling, which meant that the sofa was not as comfortable as we had hoped. At any other company you would hear: “your choice, your own risk.” But not at Bankstyle. From the moment we indicated this, they immediately thought along with us. No fuss, no reproaches, but genuine interest in a solution that suited us. And that was the case! Thanks to their dedication and customer-oriented attitude, we now not only have a sofa that looks fantastic and is of top quality, but is also wonderfully comfortable. What a relief to notice that there are still companies where service really comes first. The friendliness, patience and willingness to think along with you make Bankstyle an absolute must.   I am very satisfied with my newly upholstered sofa by Bankstyle. Beautiful fabric, fits nicely (Linteloo sofa Easy Living). Definitely recommended!

  Today I picked up my headboard and it did not fit in the car. Spontaneously I was offered to still bring the headboard this afternoon, today. How incredibly nice and kind! Also when ordering the service was very good. I recommend this company. Angelique

  Very happy with the end result: a tone-on-tone living room with a custom-made sofa (shorter than normal), custom-made rug and chairs that look nice and are comfortable to sit on! It was very nice that we were able to test some furniture and fabrics at home before purchasing. Bankstyle's service is great: great first contact, customer service that thinks along and helps, and the men also help with delivery and putting the furniture in place. Great teamwork. We are completely satisfied!
