  We are affiliated with BXL for our insurance. When the suitcases had not arrived during our (flight) holiday, I immediately contacted René to find out what our options were. René contacted us almost immediately and explained what the options were. With this in mind we purchased some items. After two days, René messaged us again asking if our suitcases were back and if he could do anything for us. Now that's what I call TOP service!
