  The crispy chicken sandwich at Rex is the best food I had while visiting the Netherlands, my gratitude to the waiter who helped me make the selection! Glass of rosé was good and I was impressed that my ginger tea had actual chunks of ginger. I also very much enjoyed the terrace seating here. I love Hilversum and Rex!

  Friendly staff, great food. We got the fried shrimp, Rex full burger, Rex onion burger and fries. Another wrong with our meal. Was really nice.👍 great to sit outside and see the hustle bustle of the streets.

  If you want to have a bite and drinks in Hilversum, you'll easily end up at this place. This venue has been around for years. After the restyling a few years ago, Rex is now a beautiful restaurant with a very instagrammable interior. This place has a romantic atmosphere, the food is of high quality and very fresh, great vibes and it's in the city centre of Hilversum. Be sure to finish as we did with a divine Golden Brick as dessert. Even though the airy cheesecake was also very tempting. Well done! Personally I think the restaurant is less suitable for children.   It's really crowded place but it's worth because food is really good!🤌💫 I ordered a beef burger with tomato, lettuce, bbq sauce, fried onion, bacon and fries with mayonaise and my fiance ordered a crispy chicken burger also with lettuce and tomato+fries with mayonaise. I can tell that my - with beef - was better than chicken!😅 Only thing which annoyed me is such a long time to wait but it was a dinner time so a lot of people were there.
