I have been there maybe 10 times but last Saturday even though i had tickets the lady on entrance didn’t allow us to enter. Nearly every securities know me there and i had never make any problem. They said that they will refund money but didn’t refund also. We didn’t have any argue nothing at all we accepted and just went to another place but it is very ridiculous that you act people who are partying there usually and respectful to everyone. Please refund my money back and see you in the hell

Don’t expect polite or professional security The security at the door acted like they had no training or manners. They don’t know how to talk to people. It’s surprising to see such bad behavior in a place like this. Treating tourists like that doesn’t just hurt the club’s name — it also gives Amsterdam a bad image. I didn’t expect such poor treatment.

3.8 is kind of an truthful waiting. Maybe like 3.6 would be the exact rating I would give. Quite small, expensive entry and bathroom isn't for free. Music wasn't that bad, wasn't amazing either. Very very convinient location. Tho I don't think I'll come here again. Not worth it in my opinion

Oliva doesn’t welcome foreigners. When we went there the line was almost empty but we had people in front and behind. They kept us for 10 minutes in line, while the people in front and behind us (which had just arrived) entered the club. After letting everyone in except us, security told us that it was too late to let us enter, even though he had let in so many people and we had a ticket. The worst of all is that it was a Latin party, where you would be expected a bit more of inclusivity towards foreigners, but they only welcomed Dutch and not me and my friends (Spanish). I don’t understand this discrimination towards us.
