Visited with AMEX dining for lunch. The restaurant is seriously understaffed and slow, in 1 hour we only got bread at the table. Starter we ordered never arrived. Once we ask for the update the server rudely said we can leave a review and wished us good luck with that. It was not even busy time, at max 15 tables around 2pm. At least 5 other tables complained about long wait at the same time. Table next to ours waited for over an hour to get the dessert. Ridiculous, will not come back.

A heaven for steak enthusiasts. Opting for the dry-aged côte de boeuf, I was not disappointed. The steak arrived sizzling, perfectly seared on the outside with a succulent, tender interior that melted in my mouth. The depth of flavor, a testament to the dry-aging process, was truly remarkable. Paired with a robust Malbec, the meal was elevated to new heights. The staff were exceptionally attentive.

Really enjoyed our meal here. The quality of the meat was good and the attention of the servers was on point. Only bad thing is that the server begged for a tip at the end which was a little weird hence the 4 stars.

Unfortunately, what started as high hopes for a memorable dining experience ended in mixed results. The restaurant boasts a lovely atmosphere, and our Italian waiter was genuinely professional and courteous throughout the evening, though clearly stretched thin by the demands of the busy service. However, the evening faced significant operational hurdles. Kitchen mishaps resulted in burned bread and stone cold meat (I understand it needs to rest, but not quite that long), while supply issues left portions of the menu unavailable. Our two-course dinner stretched to two hours, and the hectic environment made it impossible to provide real-time feedback or even get the waiter’s attention when needed. When our dessert orders (placed at the start of dinner) also fell through and we encountered a billing error of €180, it became clear this was a challenging night for everyone involved. Our waiter candidly explained during payment that the problems stemmed from being understaffed, which explained the service delays and his limited availability throughout the evening. A simple heads-up about potential delays would have helped manage our expectations and allowed us to adjust accordingly. We had driven 110 kilometers specifically for this restaurant, drawn by an attractive Amex dining offer and ready to enjoy wine and extras. While the busy atmosphere prevented us from ordering additional items, the core food quality showed genuine promise when imagined served at proper temperature. The restaurant clearly has strong foundations—quality ingredients, dedicated staff, and appealing ambiance. With adequate staffing and operational refinements, this establishment could easily deliver the exceptional experience its potential suggests. While this particular visit didn’t meet expectations, the underlying quality gives reason for cautious optimism about future visits under better circumstances.
