  Worst taxi company! Taxi was confirmed, after 20 minutes of calling this Thyssen they said there was no car available yet. When I asked why he was confirming the taxi when there wasn't one available, I was hung up on in my face. I don't recommend this company to anyone!!!! Better to order 30100 or Uber!!!

  Unfortunately, extremely poor service. Never again. The first call was told it would take around 15 minutes. Called after an hour. Yes, it should come straight away. Next call after around 20 minutes. We were told that we had spoken to the daughter beforehand. It was the same voice. A complete rip-off. Thank you. Don't you need customers? In these bad times? Or is the company on the brink?! The driver came after 2 hours and he was also very talkative. Above all, not even an apology. The phone number has been deleted!!! Thank you and good luck with your company.

  Read the reviews! I wish I had done that too. I was in a hurry this morning and even after the second call there was no taxi. I waited almost three times as long as stated and of course that made me late.
