My experience was unfortunately not pleasant. The driver was late, when I called and asked in English - how long should I still wait - he just hung up the phone. I had a feeling that he is the only one taxi driver in town and doesn’t care too much about his clients. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I used their service for a business emergency: the boss was responsive, friendly, and clear. In addition, the driver was particularly nice, empathetic, polite, and pleasant: a real pleasure! I recommend them 100%.
