Buy at the front. Get buzzed in. Drinks and snacks on hand for purchase. Do not move the chairs, as I was a little rudely advised. Like all coffee shops, weed good, cigarettes bad, so go outside for that. It has a good ambiance and an adequate amount of seating. I'm not sure if the location would be considered good or not, but it is on a sidestreet of a busy one. I'd return and would recommend it. Enjoy.

Club Media feels like your neighborhood living room, low-key, cozy, and welcoming. The staff’s chill, the vibe’s relaxed, and there’s no pressure to rush. Great spot to unwind solo or with a friend, and the menu is solid without being overwhelming. If you’re after a mellow, local experience away from the tourist circus, this is it.

Coffeeshop Club Media has completely gone downhill thanks to one employee — a new guy who started a few months ago. He’s arrogant, unfriendly, rude, and honestly just creepy. He stares at customers in a strange, uncomfortable way and talks to people with zero respect. He acts like he’s doing you a favor just by being there. This guy has absolutely no place working with the public. To be honest, he’d be better off cleaning toilets at McDonald’s — at least then he wouldn’t ruin people’s day with his attitude. Every time he’s there, the atmosphere is tense and unpleasant. It feels like he’s trying to scare people off instead of serving them. Until this employee is fired, I will not step foot in Coffeeshop Club Media again, and I will tell others to do the same. He’s the worst kind of person to put in a customer-facing role, and the fact that management allows this is a total failure. Avoid this place until they clean house — starting with him.

Nice smoke. Good atmosphere. They have a cat that visits. I was a tourist and was made to feel welcome but it's definitely more for locals.

To the Management of Coffeeshop Club Media, I am writing to express my serious concern regarding a recent experience at your coffeeshop, which I have supported for many years as a loyal customer. Recently, I brought someone with me to the cafe who, unfortunately, caused a problem by spitting on a woman. I do condem this behavior, and I fully understand the seriousness of the incident. However, I must speak out about how your new employee handled the situation. This employee, who is not Dutch and does not speak Dutch, approached me in a very aggressive and disrespectful manner. He threatened to call the police and said he would “deal with” the person I had brought, which I found very unprofessional and even threatening. I am not responsible for that person’s actions, yet I was treated with suspicion and disrespect, despite being a long-time customer who has spent a lot of money at Club Media. This new staff member clearly lacks the training, communication skills, and professionalism needed to work in such an environment. His behavior is damaging the atmosphere and could seriously harm the reputation of your coffeeshop. Aggressive actions like his are far more dangerous for your business than the behavior of one outsider. I have already been suspended for a month, which I accepted. But let me be clear: I will not return to Club Media as long as this aggressive and disrespectful employee is working there. If no action is taken, I will be forced to take this matter further and file a formal complaint with the police, as I believe this employee is not only unprofessional but potentially a threat to the safety and reputation of your business and your customers. I urge the owner or manager to take this matter seriously and to speak with this employee before more damage is done.
