  Spattention is not a product seller, by taking all details into account they deliver you an ever lasting experience in your own garden. If they could they would even supply the water, just to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your Spa.

  After our holiday was canceled we decided to create a little paradise at home ourselves. We have had the Spa for 2 months now and are thoroughly enjoying it. Even our 3 teenagers love sinking into the warm bubbles while watching Netflix. Ronald and Miriam, thank you for the carefree placement and installation, and the very good guidance with the purchase, use and maintenance. Great that you were also able to help with the electrical work around it. It feels so good that you still inquire about our experience even now... Wonderful to be followed up in this way, feels like a warm bath.

  Super service upon purchase, but especially the installation is a very positive experience. Thinking along with the customer and looking for solutions. Can recommend a Marquis tub to everyone and of course purchased through Spattention.

  Marquis spa installed in May 2021. At the beginning of 2022, the problems with biofilm started, despite the use of Chlorine and Aquafinesse, not the 1st spa for us and as described, maintenance twice a week; on Wednesday a chlorine tablet as well as Saturday with Aquafiness, but we have not experienced these problems before with our old spa. Ronald came by a few times and cleaned it, but problems were not resolved. I have also previously replaced a pump that had broken down. Ronald and Miriam were very friendly during sales, but Ronald barely responded to WhatsApp with photos of the problems. Ultimately decided to have it cleaned at another company and the biofilm is now 99% dissolved. Not a second time with them for us. The Marquis spas are not budget prices and expected more from them and also from Spattention's support.

  Very good and competent service. Before purchasing, you have the opportunity to experience the different spas with expert explanation. After delivery and installation, we paid full attention to our questions and we always received prompt answers. We have been enjoying Spattention's spa and sauna for over a year now and we can highly recommend them to anyone who wants a spa or sauna.
