  When it turned out that they did not have any suits in the right size (a bit long and slim) in the store, the store manager said after looking that they did have the perfect size for me online, she was sure that it would fit me perfectly in every way, and that if I was not satisfied I could return the suit for free. After it was delivered at home, the suit turned out not to fit at all, the shoulders were good, but otherwise it was much too wide and fell straight down like a tent and the trousers were much too long and also had a very unusual shape, which strongly suggests to me that someone's legs look like this. When I wanted to return the suit, it turned out that I had to pay the return costs myself, so I decided to return the suit to the store myself. Scanning the receipt did not work in the store, and they could not register my return. In addition, they were also unable to withdraw an amount greater than 250. Instead, they wanted to transfer it to my account but wouldn't be able to do so until the next business day, and they couldn't provide any proof that I had returned the suit. Instead I got a copy of the receipt saying it had been returned, so I just had to hope that was enough. Fortunately, they did indeed transfer the amount the next working day, but the entire experience certainly did not leave a positive impression on me, and I would certainly not return to this store.
