  One of the few with real knowledge of repairs in the Netherlands, and not just want to sell or replace parts. Mentality is completely on another level here!! They do not give up, remain human and very patient. Honest with prices despite all the effort. Unbelievable. We find it rare. Thank you!

  Already had a surface-mounted kit installed three times. The last one was 7 years ago and everything still works like new. Too bad I didn't know that they had temporarily moved to number 19a

  What a great product. About 8 years ago I bought a second-hand Gazelle bicycle with ebike kit for next to nothing at the bicycle shed in Purmerend. That kit is fantastic and, above all, it is strong! I am 115 kilos, but the engine doesn't care. No hill is too steep. I now have a new ebike with a mid-motor, but my old ebike is certainly not going away. I finally had the battery refurbished last year (after at least 10 years)! I think the old ebike the 10 year newer one will survive.Chapeau for bicycle shed and ebike kit!

  Excellent customer service! They helped me buy the right battery. Later, I placed a separate order for a charger. They recognized me and called me to let me know that this charger didn't fit the battery I'd ordered weeks earlier. They effortlessly changed the order to the correct charger. Contact via email and later via WhatsApp was easy and very fast. A company that goes the extra mile for its customers! Kudos!

  Fantastic service! Our two bicycles converted by Ebike-Kit needed a major overhaul. Very convenient to use the pick-up and delivery service so that you do not have to drive all the way to Den Bosch yourself. The bicycles were neatly returned on the agreed date. The bicycles have been fitted with new brake pads and other parts and everything has been properly adjusted again. The bikes ride like new again! Well done guys.
