  This isn't what I was expecting and I am confused by the 4.8 star score. The rooms are above a bar and you have to wait until check-in time because there is no front desk and the hotel workers are tending bar. My room was on the top floor, a three floor walk up (steep Dutch stairs). The room is a converted attic and I kept hitting my head on the ceiling. WiFi didn't work. Best thing is the location - a 10 minute walk to the train station. I couldn't wait to leave.

  A fantastic little hotel with beautiful rooms and welcoming staff. I arrived extremely late and the staff called to check I was ok which is lovely as I travelled alone.

  Nice room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Writing this review at 2 am, unable to sleep because of street noise and the thump thump of loudspeakers, presumably from the bar downstairs. No matter how nice the staff, I can't recommend this place. Unless you are the type of sleeper who can sleep through a party.

  I would say this is one of my favorite hotels in Netherlands! It is such a good location - close to Den Bosch central station and very centrally located surrounded by nice restaurants and cafes. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful host at the day I arrive and he shared that I am the one of those very first customer as the hotel was recently opened! The rooms are amazingly designed, I stayed at the top floor and it is very spacious and quite. You can tell all the design items and furniture are very high quality. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay in Den Bosch!

  Lovely cozy hotel. Friendly people no problem speaking English treated well and with respect the whole time. The room was keep up very well clean and tidy. The rooibos tea was amazing no need to add honey to it favor excellent. I would say be careful on the steps to anyone. We also had breakfast there which was dome so well yogurt fruit fresh bread fresh coffee and tea really amazing and worth the money.
