great, beautiful and cozy hotel right in the center of the old town. The rooms are cozy, large and modern. We had a room with a balcony, which had a view of the museum. Great location. It was my first time to experience when registration was done without a person, but everything went smoothly without any problems. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those who want to spend a few days in this city, visit museums, get to know the local culture, and treat yourself to delicious food and drinks, everything is very close

Great value for the cost. There is no personnel at reception but it all works. Gym and luggage storage is at the Duke hotel ~5 minutes away. It is very central and very quiet in the hotel. The room was clean, with a large bathroom and stunning decoration fabrics. The view from the window of the room was amazing 😍

A very expensive bed for a couple of nights, the bathroom was very big, a single bed for €160 a night if you are lucky l expect the price rises as per usual. No WiFi as a visitor from the UK that was frustrating and expensive. There is a communal kitchen on the same floor but could never trust leaving my drinks, would it be there in the morning, l couldn't risk it. Breakfast is extra but opposite the Duke hotel near the Cathedral, part of the chain, if you have breakfast expect to make that €200 a night. I have no choice where l stay and l have stayed in the Little Duke, that's just as anonymous but near the train station with a Café next door for breakfast. I found the logging in difficult, although there is an offer of help with a phone call. I wandered into the Sence Restaurant and was politely told to go away! So much for 5 star treatment and was told they do not offer breakfast and plenty of places to eat in the area, so l took their advice and never booked a table in the Michelin star restaurant, l did check the menu out, looks great but not with the kind of snooty service. Better off walking around and discovering the Dutch vibe. Very noisy through the night with guests arriving around 2am after a night on the town, l had a very restless 2 night stay. During the day there is a fantastic museum next door. Den Bosch is a fantastic city to visit and this hotel is just an apartment, if this suits you so be it, l have no choice, the cheapest room is booked for me, it was clean and sorted out during the day, more can be said in the UK.

All in all - a very decent hotel with safety in place (cannot go up the elevator unless you have a card). The only thing that was questionable was the missing bin in the room and in the kitchenette down the hall. The location was great as it’s close to a park where you can have a run/stroll a bit away from the city center. The room was very spacious, comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. I didn’t see any staff throughout my 3 nights stay there but it looked like everything was working as it should.

Easy self check in and check out. Very spacious and clean rooms in the city center. We enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfy and it was quiet at night, so good sleep was guaranteed.
