Really not happy with the value of my stay - for 125 euros a night, the room had nothing - no ammenities, no tea or coffee/ no hair drier/no shower hat/the provided soaps were so watery i wasnt able to wash myself. . It was dated, the paint was falling off the walls, the shower had black mould, and although im sure it was cleaned, it felt really dirty. The only nice thing was the village it was in. The breakfast was basic, not worth almost 20 euros. The staff were loudly complaining about how stressed they were working for the hotel. However, the bed was the most disappointing hotel bed ive had for a long time, 2 uncomfortable single beds pushed together - the pillows were lumpy, the duvet was too small for the cover. I would not recommend this hotel, and would really like my money back.

Since October 8th, I have repeatedly received emails from the official address info@hotelprinsen.nl with an alleged invoice of €10, even though all my bills have already been paid in full. These emails contain only the invoice as an attachment, with no accompanying message or explanation. I contacted a staff member personally three times, and each time I was told that my issue would be forwarded to the manager. However, to this day, there has been no response or resolution from the management. After more than two months without any feedback, I had no choice but to mark the emails as spam. The reception staff were friendly and seemed competent, but the problem clearly lies with the management. It appears there are either serious organizational issues or a lack of interest in resolving customer concerns. Even if this is a technical issue, I would have expected some kind of update by now. This behavior is unacceptable and leaves a very poor impression.

To describe it in one word: catastrophe! It is like in a 70's prison. Rooms are not comfortable and cozy, not even a bit. Restrooms and shower hasn't been renovated for decades. To be honest, who wants to sit half in the bathtub when using the toilet?! The room doors are closing that hard that u will stand upright in your bed if the neighbor enters his room. It is incredibly noisy at all. No noise cancellation between the rooms. You can follow all conversations in the rooms around yours. Avoid this hotel when ever you can.

I'm sorry to say that my recent stay at Hotel Fletcher fell short of my expectations. While the check-in process was fast and easy with friendly staff but the overall quality of the hotel left much to be desired. The kitchen was adequate, but nothing to write home about - in fact, I found that I cook better than their kitchen staff. The room itself was outdated and in need of renovation. There were no clothes hangers in the bathroom, which was disappointing. Additionally, the bathtub lacked a curtain, resulting in water getting everywhere after taking a shower. To make matters worse, I noticed mold in the bathroom - a serious hygiene issue that should not be overlooked. The lack of soundproofing was also a major concern. I could hear everything going on in the hallway. I've stayed in a variety of hotels, so I understand that a 3-star hotel might not offer the same amenities as a more luxurious establishment. However, even among hotels of its class, Hotel Fletcher has a lot to improve. The lack of a fridge, water boiler, a safe box, coffee machine in the room was such an inconvenience. The holes in the curtains were also a disappointing sight. Overall, I regret to say that I won't be returning to Hotel Fletcher. While it may be adequate for some, it simply didn't meet my expectations.

The hotel is okey, staff was average. Area is nice, and parking is easy, room was fine. Now the difficult things: 1-Toilett/Shower has an overall cheap look, not fully finished, holes in the wall etc... 2-Wall are made of paper, you can literally hear every word of a conversation from next door. 3-The worst was the hotel's attitude towards heating the restaurant. We had a dinner and breakfast there. Most people in coats, minimum pullovers. The thermometer was 18 degree, many of us told them that it is unacceptable for a nice 3 course dinner to enjoy, but they just kept saying that there is nothing they can do about it and it is because it is cold outside (it was around 0 and later it dropped to -3 during the night). If you hotel cannot withstand such artic temperatures than it should not be a hotel.... It really spieled the whole eating experience thanks...
