    Disappointing on so many levels that its difficult to know where to start. Booking: I booked here several weeks ago and asked for a twin room and got the curt reply 'Subject to availability' When I pitched up I specifically asked for the twin and was sent to the double. When I got allocated another room necessitating a trudge back to reception the room was identical in every way except for single sheets instead of a double sheet on the two beds which are jammed together anyway so we had to pull the beds away from the wall to separate them. Messages: From the moment you book this place you are bombarded with messages telling how great the Breakfast and dinner options are and how you should reserve immediately or they can't guarantee you a table..they do this at reception too so Pressure selling is obviously a thing here. Overall the hotel is tired and worn and has a distinct 1990's vibe. the one saving grace is they have a huge car park and it is convenient for the autobahn. This place is quite expensive and represents very poor value for money. I loved Den Bosch and want to come back but I will be giving this place a swerve.

    I am happy we used our coupon in this restaurant with our child this evening. Food was nice, but I liked the hospitality in the restaurant even more, Nice servers! The guests seem all satisfied. 🙂

    I stayed for 4 weeks at this hotel during a business trip. How is this sinkhole a 4star hotel. Rooms are dirty and most of them need repairs. Cracked tiles in the bathrooms, dirty corners near the shower and sink. The toilet paper they give you is like the ones used 30 years ago. You have a thermostat on the wall but it's not working if you want to heat the room, you have a radiator on the wall but surprise... it's not working. Sometimes it's barely warm, most of the time ice cold... One day. I was at the office and i had my laptops and my personal documents on the table. As the cleaning crew came in they let the window and the curtains wide open, so anybody who was passing by through the parking lot could jump in and take em. You can imagine my excitement when i arrived later that day in the room to find that view...(i had a room at ground level). Breakfast has the cheapest food and ingredients and you don't have variety. You don't have a mini-fridge in your room. The service is quite bad i don't feel like the employees want to be there either. Restaurant feels old as well. It happened many times during a day to find dirty dishes. Not smudged, dirty all the way. The entire vibe that this place gives me is that they are trying to save every penny they can, even if that affects quality. To be honest even 3 stars would be far too many for this place.

    Stayed here for 2 nights. We arrived slightly early for check in ( arrived 2.20pm , check in time 3pm ) Rooms were ready but told we had to pay €15 for 2 rooms to get in the room early. Of course we paid and it didn't spoil our stay too much but thought this was a little ‘necessary’ and us with a little ill feeling. Rooms were good, convenient, clean and the hotel was fine . The young ladies receptionists could do with a smile and some friendliness attitude . You’re probably nice people but it didn’t seemed that way when you dealt with us .
