  We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The location is great, next to the train station. We stayed in room 4 which is very nicely designed with a very comfortable bed. The girls at reception were very helpful and friendly. However, room 4 is street-side so very noisy! On the evening we arrived it was very hot and there was no airco so it was extremely hot in the room. Plus the drinks weren’t cold in the fridge. When we informed the lady at reception (I think the owner) she initially reacted in a very unprofessional, unfriendly (dare I say snotty) way and denied our concerns. She suggested we could find another hotel if we wanted (at almost 22.00hrs) and she’d not heard a complaint about the noise before (hmmm hard to believe)! Eventually she solved some of the issues with a fan and cold water which eased it a bit but her attitude was dreadful - we felt completely unwelcome there. Luckily we had a great weekend despite this but we will not be returning to this hotel!

  Good rooms, good locations. Coffee/tea acailable for free in morning and evenings, and a minibar selection including small cava for two included! When I need to be in 's Hertogembosch, this is the first hotel I check for availability. Propbably stayed here a dozen times already over the last 5 years.

  One only disadvantage they don’t have elevators If you have too much of luggage better take room 1 & 2 ground floor Rest all ok, very near to train station and restaurant

  We just went here for thee and the famous Bossche Bol. Great thing was that they have the original available while the bakery was closed that day. We very much enjoyed. The staff seemed a bit impatient at times, but was always friendly and kind.

  I took 1 dubble espresso and it was very little, but the place is quiet and cozy
