  People should read the description on the hotel website before booking their rooms, the information there is detailed and very clear. This is strange to book a hotel with a clear indication that it is a self check-in/out hotel and complain later that there was no human assisting you:-)) This is strange to complain that the room you booked is too small when it clearly states on their website that it IS small and even 2meters are indicated. Very good design and organization, I took a small budget room which is perfect for one/two nights when traveling light. One wish could be a small desk lamp, it gets a bit too dark in the evening. The mattress is due to be renewed (room 15)🙏🏻 Everything else is good and functional, also not too noisy for an old building like this one. The self check in/out was super easy and fast, nice touch - virtual assistent on whatsapp☝🏻 Definitely coming back, hoping to have the same kind of experience💪🏻🤍

  No service present all automated which is great if it works which it did for me. Perfectly located close to the station. The room was modest but warm. Relatively well insulated from the noise outside the corridor outside the room could be heard. The strange tendency to put a sort of top mattress on the main mattress meant it slipped about, like they always appear to. I would not hesitate to stay there again

  Located infront of ‘s-Hertogenbosch station and 10 minutes walking to center. The room are so small.. there’s no human interaction and I did’nt even knows code before I get in (other guest helped me to open the door). We have to self check-in on the computer and if you need guidance, you can use phone call near the computer and talk with staff. In the morning when I still sleeping, one staff opened the door so I’m a bit shocked.. No elevator and my room is on 3rd floor. Because there’s no receptionist or housekeeping it’s so difficult to handle my suitcases.. I hope Little Duke hotel can have a few staff that can help guest to bring there stuffs.

  A very anonymous hotel, you might see the house team cleaning the rooms if you are lucky. It's a lot of hassle checking in. In fact l missed the midnight deadline because my plane run over an hour late so l missed my train and a knock on. I did write a email to ask what happens if this was to happen? No reply and as far as they are concerned l spent the night on the street's! The breakfast is next door at the Coffee Lab nothing wrong, hospitality was very nice and friendly the breakfast available is a Lazy breakfast and what ever drink you like. Great location right next to the train station and the room was very nice and the TV has Netflix, so no refunds!

  I stayed 2 different weeks in 2 different rooms, and the check-in and check-out process is super easy with a small computer at the entrance. You don't need to have keys for the main door, they send you a 4-digit code to enter the building. If you reserve from their website they put a small snack in the mini-fridge as a present :) The room has a fully equipped bathroom with soap/body shampoo/shampoo/hair mask and towels. Small working space and tea and coffee and boiler for water. It has a cooling fan that comes in handy on warm days. Location is amazing 10 mins walking distance to Centrum 2 mins walking distance to the central station. 5 mins walking to the nearest jumbo supermarket.
