This is an odd place. First, it is effectively a monopoly: it is the only laundromat in DB I could find. Second, the hardware is great. Solid machine. I won’t comment on the prices; see above re monopoly. Third, the way prices are constructed, the way payment works, and the choice by the owner not to provide any change (IN CONTRADICTION TO HIS RESPONSES TO SOME OF THE OTHER REVIEWS), means that the owner is reaping significant extra profits unless you bring exact change. It would require little effort and be much more honest if he provided change. As it stands, patrons have to negotiate around the fact that credit on the machine may have been inserted by someone else. I’d hope the city itself would regulate this better. The people using this service are already not well off. To squeeze extra money out of them by not providing change is just poor unethical business. Edit: and yes, the instructions are hilariously bad. I have a PhD and couldn’t figure it out.

cleaned my clothes, was easy to use, I couldn't press the 7 before someone else helped me, not sure why the instructions are in different languages and all over the place but it's simple enough. at the end it still said 10 cents left but the change button doesn't give those out

Probably the only and somewhat decent, laundry, self service, in town. Even if the programme of the actual machines is a bit short (for 30 degrees as example, is about 25 minutes) and the detergent available is not too bright as in being odorless for example(must be the lowest quality), if you come with your own stuff you do the job, as in detergents, soaps and fabric softener and everything of such. The place is tidy, and quite used by folks which is good to see people trusting the services as it delivers to the actual needs. From families with kids to elders and young as well as students go for the service which builds a good vibe of the place. The drying is very efficient and is extremely important. The only real down side is the fact that people are careless and often close the washing machine doors which helps in smells developing into possibly even risking of them passing down to your clothes as you use for the wash, but for now it all went well for me/us personally. Is it trustworthy? Yes, somewhat. Do things work there? Generally yes. Just make sure to bring cash and coins, for the pay, as the place is not equipped for credit or debit card use.

4 because the drying is too slow, otherwise it does the job... if you don't bring bed linings, drying can also be a 5, bare place but who cares about that .... i just want clean and dry, expensive? yes ... it's Netherlands!

It must be some joke that I cant pay with debit card. In the poorest eu country Hungary I can use card for laundry.
