  Very lgbtq+ friendly staff, respected my pronouns without questions. I ordered a coat online which was 2 sizes too big. In the store they had my correct size in stock and offered to redo the sleeves since my arms are a bit longer. I got service I didn’t even ask for or think I needed. I’m very happy with my experience and the coat.

  Normally 5 stars but on Thursday the guy behind the counter is so rude, you politely ask if you can see more bags he looks at you as if he wants to wring your neck I also know that many people avoid this shop on Thursday

  It was a nice experience to visit the Expresso store in Den Bosch. My girlfriend and I tried on trench coats and loved them. She a light color, I the black. We were well advised on size and color by an expert saleswoman. We are happy with our purchase.
