  Very nice and polite reception, answered every question and helped a lot:) Very good localization near the seashore, city communication is available nearby, calm and quiet place overall. Soft and comfy beds, but very steep stairs, as could be expected from the Netherlands:) The place itself is fairly outdated, thin walls ensure you can hear the occasional dog barking or child screaming, but it wasn't a big problem for us. The room and the bathroom could be cleaner, but it had hot water, lockable doors, body wash and towels. I recommend the place if you want to spend most of your time out exploring the Hague, but don't expect top-notch accommodation.

  Friendly staff, that said, a literal pee stain that smelled big time on my rooms carpet, dust falling out the ceiling at the minimum movement from upstairs. Cheap price, but there ara some higiene standards that should be assured.

  I couldn’t made to the hotel because I had my flight delayed. I talked with booking and I send an email in the same day of the reservation earlier so I would not have a problem… perhaps the hotel didn’t even give me a response and it’s trying everytime to take me out the money from my bank account. The co-workers from this hotel are totally disrespectful and treat the clients like they are trash. Places like this should close their doors.

  The hotel is awful very dirty they DO NOT have a restaurant and can not offer breakfast. The TV remote was taped together with duct tape we had to get the unpleasant receptionist to come and plug in the TV. The remote does not change channels. The wifi does not work. The beds are like boats. The rooms were dirty. There was rat droppings in the beds. It was an awful stay and so disappointing. The window in the room was rotten wood which blew open due to the strong winds during the night. Management was completely unapologetic and made no attempt to better the situation. Do not stay there. We had booked for 2 nights and left as soon as we could. Disgusting 🫣

  Ok just about sums it up. Expensive for what you get. The wifi was good. The shower worked well. Friendly staff & good location. It's just expensive and then they charge Eur 6 tourist tax per night. I stayed there on a Friday Saturday & Sunday night and some other guests came in very late and made a lot of noise
