  Great place to taste new beers (highly recommend the Tripel Karmeliet) and the brisket is delicious, just melts in the mouth!

  A perfect combination of location, good ambience, great service, and variety of nice food come all together for this Restaurant, De Tijd has it all. When you enter you are greeted by Lovely team of staff and they are as warm as the interior which has a eclectic wonderful mix of wooden floors and brick walls, many different wine storage displays and a mirror ball it's really quite lovely. The tables are a good size and the seating comfortable. There’s plenty of seating of different types and Covid measures are in full use and display. Out side there’s a modern and huge terrace area with a all covered awning. Perfect for those lovely summer evenings. But just as cosy I’m sure in winter. Overall whilst this is not my number one go to restaurant, in Den Haag, this place is very good and worth a visit, brunch, lunch or dinner I’m sure you’ll have a lovely time.   We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Our hamburger was served raw and still frozen. To make matters worse, they forgot to bring the second one. When we politely mentioned that we wouldn't be paying for the inedible burger, we were met with aggressive behavior from the waiter. He raised his voice and pointed at us. I strongly advise against dining at this establishment.
