  To say that I enjoyed my meal was an understatement.. everything was absolutely stunning. They had me at the scones- warm, delicious and moist served along with clotted cream and jam. You won't be disappointed. I think I just found the perfect place for brunch

  So happy to have celebrated our brothers farewell party at Scallywags! Richard and his team made it all possible. They made an amazing setting and the food was splendid but most of all the atmosphere and service was heartwarming. Many memories of Scallywags as the very first authentic tearoom in The Hague and ofcourse the scones are the best. What’s more to love is definitely Richard’s British humor. Cheers!

  From full brunches to a little pick-me-up-tea and scones, Scallywags has become a staple for me. I love introducing my friends to this place! The food is good and the scones are delicious. The cake slices are similar to what you’d find your grandma giving you, Thick!! But my favourite is probably the Darjeeling tea. Having grown up near Darjeeling, I have been privileged enough to enjoy some really excellent teas. Theirs truly reminds me of home.
