Came here to buy a new bike, and the service was like none of the other bike shops. They went out of their way to help, and truly improve our experience. I definitely will be returning here when I need anything bike related.

Took my road bike here to fix the rear derailleur, and I was ready to be told that cables needed to be replaced, and this part, and that, but none of that: the gears were expertly serviced and fine-tuned and for a most agreeable price. Furthermore, the service was very friendly and the explanation of what was wrong with the gears was expertly to the point. Just came back from a 16km test ride, and I'm very, very happy!!

I have visited Bike Experts last week and brought my mountainbike for a big service. They call it Winterbeurt. The mechanic could directly advise me on the work that needed to be done. The service was fast and I could pick up my bike the next day. It rides like new again. On the top of that, the bike was perfectly cleaned and waxed. I'm very happy with the service they have provided.

AVOID!! After an overall service of over 100 euros the bike was returned in a dangerous condition and caused an accident, luckily i had a helmet on. The shop acknowledged the issue but refused to fix their own mistake and asked extra money for finishing the service (that i already paid for!) properly. Save your life and take your bike to anther shop.

Horrible service. Bike came back with oil stains and dirty. Speed sensor was broken and they lied that it came in like that. Extra work done without permission or communication. Added tape to handlebars to cover marks not there before. Will not recommend or return.
