Recently bought a RIH Omega women's bike and am just loving it. This is my second e-bike with Garant and I will continue to purchase at their shop due to high quality bikes on offer and excellent service. More than once I have just walked in to the shop without appointment and they were friendly and willing to assist. Great shop, great bikes!

I change both of my tires for 110 euros its OK but the next 2 week-end when I wanted to put air in my front tire the pin broke I need to go back he charge me for 29 euro.... I asked for a discount... they gave me 10 euro discount...

This shop has very good reviews, but my personal experience wasn't good. Changing the inner tire is the most expensive among the bike shops in the area. After agreeing on the price, an additional fee for possible damage could be added (non ofvthe other shops did that). Time of collection-not clear, not final. You can be good at bike repair, but good service is more important. 3 stars because the shop looks nice after a renovation.

I brought my bike in for an onderhoudsbeurt with the primary complaint that the front brake was not working. Even with two visits with my emphasis that a working brake was essential, many parts were replaced but with the end result that the brake still doesn’t work. The excuse was that the bike is not an electric bike and would not brake as good. The front brake fun functions now worse that original brought in. Very disappointed.
